The Role The Intelligent Maintenance (IM) Product Manager will lead and drive the strategy, development, and successful implementation of our IM service product. As a key member of our Digital Services Division, you will be at the forefront of driving meaningful change within our organisation and across the industry, with ample opportunity to grow, lead, and make a lasting impact. In this strategic and operational leadership role, you will contribute to crafting the long-term vision and own the product through all of its lifecycle phases and ensure the product roadmap’s alignment with customer needs, market trends, and Airmaster’s broader business goals. You will manage a dedicated team while working closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive product innovation, optimise performance, and deliver exceptional value to our customers. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Vision: Work with the GM of Digital Services to define and evolve the product vision and strategy for IM, ensuring alignment with market trends, customer needs, and Airmaster's objectives. Product Roadmap: Own the product roadmap, prioritise features/capabilities, manage the development backlog, and lead development and implementation to ensure successful adoption across customer portfolios. Product Lifecycle Management: Actively manage the product lifecycle through introduction, growth, maturity, and reinvention phases. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, IT, marketing, sales, customer support) to ensure seamless product development and implementation. Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a direct team of project managers and engineers, providing strategic guidance and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Data-Driven Innovation: Use internal and external customer feedback and data insights to drive product decisions, ensuring continuous innovation and optimisation of the IM product. Stakeholder Engagement: Regularly engage with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure product priorities align with their needs and business objectives. Key Accountabilities Strategic Impact: Ensure the IM product delivers measurable business outcomes such as growth, profitability, and market differentiation. Feature Delivery & Timeliness: Oversee timely and successful delivery of product features, ensuring high quality and alignment with customer needs. Resource & Timeline Management: Effectively manage resources (team, budget, tools) to deliver product features and implementations on time and to a high-quality standard. Risk Management: Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and manage obstacles to ensure smooth product development and delivery. Stakeholder Communication: Keep all key stakeholders informed of progress, challenges, and successes for specific engagements and throughout the product lifecycle. About You Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field. Alternatively, you have a high aptitude or demonstrated experience in these domains and are willing to upskill through targeted professional education and development courses. Industry Experience: Professional experience in the HVAC, automation, or smart building technology sectors, including fault detection diagnostics and analytics. Digital Product Management: Experience with digital product management or a strong aptitude for managing products, with a willingness to upskill through professional training and education. Leadership Skills: Proven experience leading teams and driving digital transformation projects with strong managerial, problem-solving, and communication skills. Customer-Focused: Ability to understand internal and external customer needs and translate them into actionable product strategies.
