20% commission on annual billings continuously Manage your own clients from day one and be handed clients from ongoing incoming leads Clear, real progression pathway to partnership which can be achievable within 5-7 years Option to establish your own office in the future in a different location if you wish to relocate The Firm: This is a forward-thinking firm that has successfully grown 7 of its partners internally from graduate level within the firm who are all under the age of 40. Unlike most firms, the continuous stream of incoming leads and the firm's hunger and openness for expansion means that there is always room for another partner - here, you do not need to wait for someone to retire! The firm is looking for someone to be based in their Northern Beaches office. The firm has a flat structure and a total of six staff, which means you will be in direct contact with the partners on a day-to-day basis, allowing for hands-on learning and guidance from the partners. You will be surrounded by a young team who are social and inclusive and have created a relatively laid-back office culture unlike the more formal offices of city firms. You would enjoy working here if you don't mind a bit of chatter in the office and heading out to lunch with your co-workers from time to time.Every three years on average, the firm doubles in size. They owe this to the strong reputation and referrals from existing clients who enjoy the relationship-driven approach of its advisers who deliver a truly caring and attentive service and get to know their clients' business. The Role: This role would suit someone who enjoys the relationship side of accounting and wants to be in direct contact with clients on a daily basis, including in-person meetings. As you will be fed leads to help grow your client portfolio (you will not necessarily have to do proactive business development until you are at a more senior level), the role tends to attract people who are motivated by growth and development and aspire to reach partner level.Your role will include tax compliance, tax planning, and business advisory tasks. You will have the support of a capable admin team who will do the more basic work for you.About You: - Partly CA/CPA qualified- 2-4 years experience- Excellent interpersonal skills- Confidence when speaking with people- Australia PR or citizenPlease contact Kate Stephenson on or 0434529723 for more information. #J-18808-Ljbffr
