Intermediate Structural Design Engineer (Medium to High-Rise Buildings) About the company The client is a boutique Engineering Consultancy based in the Sydney CBD Fringe, providing a range of Structural Design Engineering services. It has a healthy project pipeline and a supportive, collaborative team that invests in your personal growth. Primarily working across Commercial, Health, Aged-Care, and Education projects. The culture is one to be proud of, where everyone has a voice; although professional, it is akin to a family environment where there are no egos and everyone gets along well.About the role This is a fantastic opportunity with a great Engineering Consultancy. Due to growth, we are seeking an Intermediate level Structural Design Engineer who has worked in a similar Engineering Consultancy role on similar projects. The role will cover both design and site responsibilities, with challenging projects typically in the medium and high-rise sectors of Commercial, Education, Health, and Aged-Care.About the candidate Ideally you will have: A minimum of 3-4 years of practical Structural Engineering experience Significant experience gained working in Australia on similar project types Experience working on the design of a variety of buildings, including shoring and footings Attended site inspections for mid-sized buildings and upwards Strong work ethic Team player, adaptable and flexible Excellent communication skills Excellent knowledge of Australian Standards & Council design standards Demonstrated understanding of Engineering codes, construction standards, specifications, procedures, and construction techniques and materials Benefits: Established team with a supportive environment Strong focus on company culture A career company, where achievements are rewarded Encouragement for personal development Healthy project pipeline Variety of projects, including large projects with high Architectural specifications Training and career progression support Please submit a full professional resume highlighting your experience with the above criteria to or call Alex Stephen at 0488778004 for a confidential chat. #J-18808-Ljbffr
