Description This is a broad and high profile role giving you the opportunity to make a real impact on the business. As the Internal Audit Manager, your responsibilities include: Review business processes and provide assurance to management on the adequacy of internal controls, process efficiency and compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies by performing audits and reviews using a risk-based methodology. Identify weaknesses in business processes and internal controls, and work with management on practical solutions to improve operations, reduce costs and minimise risks. Execution of audit work using the established IA Methodology. Assisting in complex or large audits and leading less complex audits of financial and operational functions. Responsible for planning, execution, and reporting of audits, including liaison with senior management on audit results. Promote the Internal Audit Group to the wider business. Profile To be successful, you must have: 3-5 years Internal Audit Experience in industry. A bachelor's and/or master's degree in Science / Engineering. CA / CPA / CIA Qualification. Experience of process analysis and control assessment to identify weaknesses and improvement areas. Experience in operational and financial audit, project and time management, general understanding of IT applications and principles, analytics skills, and experience with a wide range of business processes. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Job Offer This is a permanent role with a salary of $140k - $150k base + super + bonus, located in Macquarie Park (5 mins walk from the train station).
