Join CSC as an Intra-fund Financial Planner and provide high-quality, personal financial advice to our valued customers. This role focuses on understanding our customers’ financial situations and providing tailored recommendations on how to optimize their superannuation. You’ll have the flexibility to work from home, delivering advice via video conferences, while being part of a collaborative and customer-focused team. Please note: We are open to consider applicants from any location nationally who have a suitable home office and meet the criteria below. Key Responsibilities: Deliver personal, intra-fund financial advice in line with legal and regulatory frameworks Participate in professional development activities and maintain certifications and licenses required for the role Contribute to team discussions and foster a positive, collaborative work environment Achieve key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, compliance, and appointment targets Maintain effective relationships with key contacts and relevant third parties (e.g. Internal Stakeholders and Licensee) to produce successful business results. Desired Skills and Experience What you’ll need to excel: Australian Citizen with the ability to hold and maintain a baseline clearance Australian Financial Services (AFS) license or authorised representative status Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities to ensure skills and knowledge are updated, accurate and comply with regulatory requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly to members A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with a diverse range of people Commitment to high standards of professionalism and compliance CSC’s Core Competencies reflect the key sets of skills, knowledge, experience, and behaviours required to perform your role effectively.
