You’re a proactive, detail-oriented individual with a strong background in inventory management, supply chain, and procurement. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at juggling multiple priorities with efficiency and quality. You’re a natural problem-solver who loves identifying opportunities for improvement, even when the challenges are complex. Collaboration comes naturally to you - you’re a team player who values clear communication and shared success. You also bring strong technical skills, particularly in Excel and Power BI, with experience in Attaché being a bonus. You embrace challenges with enthusiasm and a positive attitude, always ready to step up when it counts. Your new role You’ll be the essential link between suppliers, the warehouse, and customer orders. You’ll monitor backorders and release orders promptly when stock arrives while managing local inventory and supporting product forecasting. A significant part of the job involves identifying excess and slow-moving stock and swiftly addressing quality assurance issues, including credit requests. Collaboration with manufacturers and the Warehouse Manager will ensure timely deliveries and accurate stock records. You’ll also run detailed inventory reports, manage stock expiry dates, and provide ongoing support to the Accounts Payable function. In addition to your core responsibilities, you’ll be happy to roll up your sleeves and help out where needed - whether that’s answering overflow phone calls or throwing on a pair of steel cap boots to assist in the warehouse during peak times.
