About Us Since 1942, Eriez has been more than a company—it’s a catalyst for innovation. Our journey began in the heart of Erie, Pennsylvania, but our impact reverberates across six continents, with our office in Epping, Victoria . It’s not just the cutting-edge tech; it’s the Eriez spirit. Here’s why we’re not your average separation technology powerhouse: Magnetic Magic: Our magnetic separation tech isn’t just science; it’s sorcery. We make metals dance, particles align, and impurities vanish. Metal Detectives: Forget Sherlock Holmes; meet our metal detectives. They sniff out hidden treasures in conveyor belts, recycling streams, and mining pits. Material Maestros: Handling materials isn’t a chore; it’s an art form. Are you an organised and detail-driven professional who thrives on accuracy and efficiency? Do you take pride in keeping inventory in check, ensuring quality standards, and improving processes? At Eriez, we don’t just manage inventory - we optimise it! We are looking for a meticulous Inventory and Quality Control Coordinator to ensure stock accuracy, quality control, and seamless factory operations. If you love working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, you’ll fit right in! Working with various stakeholders within the business to meet goals, some of your duties will include, but are not limited to: Stock Accuracy and ERP Management – Conducting cycle counts, stocktakes, and ensuring accurate data entry in our ERP system. Quality Control – Inspecting incoming, in-process, and outgoing goods to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Reading and Interpreting Descriptions & Parts – Reviewing parts, labels, and descriptions with accuracy. Stock Organisation and Labelling – Ensuring all inventory is correctly labelled and stored efficiently within the factory. Liaising and Problem-Solving – Collaborating with suppliers, purchasing teams, and production staff for seamless stock movement. Managing Stock Flow – Keeping inventory organised across the factory to optimise efficiency. Continuous Improvement – Identifying ways to improve inventory processes and quality control measures. Minimum Qualifications: Diploma or higher qualification in engineering, business, or similar is preferred. Strong experience in inventory management, stock control, or warehousing. Familiarity with ERP systems and a knack for data accuracy. A sharp eye for quality standards and compliance and attention to detail. Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple teams. Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) is a plus! If you are ready to take control of inventory and quality like a pro, then we want to hear from you! Please provide 5 reasons why we should hire you along with a cover letter. Benefits: Competitive wages. Onsite Car Park. Extra 3% Superannuation. Collaborative and supportive work environment and working with our global team.
