Investment Banking Analyst, Associate or Vice President Our client is a global alternative asset manager with a strong Investment Banking Advisory business in Australia. Due to strong deal flow leading into 2025, our client is looking to grow their Metals and Mining team ideally at the Associate level but will also consider a senior Analyst or junior Vice President. This person will be based in their newly opened Brisbane office which is where this sector team is based. We are looking to speak with M&A bankers with between 3-7 years of experience. At this level, the candidate must have prior Metals & Mining experience ideally within Investment Banking but could also come from an internal corporate development team within the sector. There is some flexibility to hire at the Senior Analyst level where Metals and Mining experience is not required, but you must have M&A experience and strong financial modelling skills. You will likely be working at a global investment bank or a rival independent advisory firm. We will also consider candidates coming from M&A teams within the Big-4 Accounting firms. You will get strong analyst support and top tier clients to cover and can be assured of mentors and strong leadership.
