Job Description
Our client, a leading global Investment Bank, is looking to add an additional Analyst - Power / Utilities / Infrastructure into their Advisory team based in Sydney. This position is focused on M&A transactions but there will be an element of ECM and DCM Advisory. They have strong relations with numerous Sponsor clients. Ideally, you would currently be in a similar position (1-3 years experience) with an Investment Bank, but experience at a large Accounting/Advisory platform within a similar industry team or M&A team would be equally of interest. Strong financial modeling skills will be required. The team is led by Managing Directors with outstanding track records of origination, and this position will work closely with them on execution.
