Investment Banking Associate - Technology Liberty Bridge Partners is proud to partner with leading global investment banks in their search for talented Associates to support growth across Australia and the APAC region. This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious and driven professionals seeking to join a dynamic, high-performing team. Requirements: Minimum 3–4 years of investment banking or sell-side M&A experience, with at least 2–3 successfully closed deals. Background in Software or Technology M&A is a strong plus but not a requirement. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Strong foundation in accounting and financial analysis. Skilled in creating Information Memorandums, pitch decks, and teasers. Proficient in financial modeling and valuation methodologies. Capable of managing multiple transactions simultaneously with minimal oversight. Experience in negotiating offers, deal structures, and transaction documents throughout the M&A process. Collaborative team player with the ability to work across global teams. Willingness to travel across Australia as needed. Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Familiarity with financial databases such as S&P Capital IQ. Deep interest and passion for investment banking. Note: You have to be based in Australia or hold a visa to work in Australia.
