This role includes managing financial models, overseeing capital expenditure and cash flow, and ensuring alignment with investment goals. The Director collaborates with asset management, finance, and capital transactions teams to evaluate leasing, assess project feasibilities, and support capital raising, while also leading valuation processes and acquisition due diligence.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain financial models for retail investment funds, ensuring alignment with budgets and forecasts. Oversee quarterly investor reporting, fund-level analytics, and valuation processes. Coordinate capital expenditure and cash flow management with finance teams. Assist with capital raising efforts, including preparing investment presentations and financial forecasts. Support acquisition due diligence, project evaluations, and financing strategies.
