About the Role: Based in Australia, the candidate should have market development experience, understand local investment laws and regulations, be proficient in Chinese or English, and have local government resources. Experience in new energy or waste power generation business is preferred. Responsibilities: Mainly responsible for the development performance of the regional team, to achieve the relevant performance targets; Under the leadership of the management, complete the market research, project development, partner development, and market brand promotion in the responsible area; Negotiate and prepare franchise, PPA, and other related agreements based on the project; cooperate with the implementation of landing projects; Coordinate the relevant support and decision-making departments of the group headquarters, prepare technical, commercial, and financial plans, and manage cooperation with external technical/legal/tax/project management consulting institutions; Independently complete the preparation of project documents and project initiation materials, improve the financial model, and maintain communication with customers and stakeholders.
