Job Description
Are you an Investment Relationship Manager based in Wollongong and looking to join a rapidly growing Private Lending firm? Your primary responsibilities will include onboarding investors, monitoring borrower requirements, raising capital, and managing investor communications throughout the investment lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Onboard investors with KYC, AML, and sophisticated investor forms. Understand and manage investments related to private lending, including interest calculations, loan agreements, lending policies, property titles, PPSR, and mortgage registration. Conduct basic credit analysis and loan processing to educate and assist investors. Participate in weekly team meetings with video and screen sharing. Handle phone calls, emails, and resolve tasks or escalate questions as needed. Provide weekly reports on raising new investor funds, investor onboarding, and capacity to meet funding requirements. Inform and educate investors on current and upcoming investments. Forecast investor demand and ensure AFSL compliance. Development of marketing materials. 4 days minimum in office. Required Attributes: Self-motivated and proactive in seeking work and completing tasks independently. Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify and implement solutions. Strong desire for continuous improvement and advancement. Keen attention to detail. Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word. Clear and concise written communication skills. Competent math skills. Strong commercial acumen to assess investor needs and identify solutions. Excellent interpersonal skills, including making phone calls to clients. Basic knowledge of loans and accounting.
