Investor Services Associate | Australian Fund Manager | Melbourne CBD Join a highly successful Australian fund manager with a welcoming and supportive culture. They provide exceptional client service to their 10,000+ clients and manage over $20B FUM.About the Role: Our client, a highly reputable fund manager, is seeking an Investor Services Associate to join their Investor Services team. You’ll be responsible for delivering the highest quality client service to investors, prospective clients, and financial professionals. To be successful in this role, you will have experience working ideally in a fund manager, in a similar role, and you are looking for a step up in pace and complexity.Key Responsibilities: Manage inbound calls and inquiries from investors and advisers regarding account status, fund operations, and product information Develop and maintain meaningful relationships with external and internal stakeholders, including the Distribution, Legal, and Compliance teams Lead the onboarding process to ensure AML/KYC compliance requirements are fulfilled Respond to written client inquiries and provide comprehensive client reporting Oversee the outsourced registry provider and ensure timely management Contribute to ad-hoc projects as assigned by the Team Leader Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance or Economics preferred Minimum 4-5 years of experience in client servicing within financial services or superannuation/funds management Strong understanding of the funds management industry and the administration of managed investment schemes is highly regarded Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong client service orientation and attention to detail Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking effectively under pressure Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel Benefits for You: Our client offers a supportive work environment valuing flexibility and high performance.
