Must have experience with proven success within the motor industry Reporting to the General Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include: Management and development of the sale process Assist to ensure supply of quality stock Assist in setting targets and managing for those outcomes Build a financially sound department Develop programs to increase leads and sales Apply all required dealership processes Build on our healthy and respectful culture Work within and with the entire management team to achieve outcomes for the greater good The successful candidate will: Be a good motivator Be personally responsible for the sales team's result Be able to deliver the highest level of customer service Have a professional level of personal presentation Be self-motivated and have the demonstrated ability to lead a sales team to exceed expectations Possess excellent negotiation skills and be able to overcome objections Have the ability to achieve volume whilst also achieving strong front end gross Excellent time management and organisational skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to be flexible and manage pressure effectively If this all sounds like not only a great challenge but a brilliant opportunity with an ability to take your sales career to another level, this is the position for you!
