Who We’re Looking For We’re seeking someone who shares our commitment to excellence and has: A solid understanding of modern Microsoft operating systems. Experience with Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Teams. Networking and routing knowledge. Hardware build and fault-finding expertise. A background in user security and backup systems. Excellent communication and organisational skills. A proactive, friendly, and positive attitude. A healthy approach to personal development and learning. Integrity, commitment, and loyalty. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3+ years in the IT industry (senior roles require 8+ years). Australian driver’s licence (automatic sufficient). Full working rights in Australia. Key Responsibilities Analyse and resolve IT problems with a holistic and proactive approach. Provide tailored recommendations, quotes, and implementations.
