We are looking for a new member to join our small dynamic team at our Paddington studio. This front of house role would be suited for a dynamic individual who is passionate about the world of jewellery, fashion and thrives within the customer service industry. We are looking for a full-time person to work Tuesday to Saturday. Pre-requisite Experience: Fine Jewellery / Jewellery / Luxury Brand3+ years of relevant experience required. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Providing a unique and memorable experience to all our internal and external clients Offering exceptional customer service whilst providing personal styling advice Ability to convert online leads and walk-ins Providing after-sales service to retain customer relations Ability to understand and communicate jewellery customization requirements between customers and production Able to manage with attention to detail the basic Shopify POS platform and features Managing inventory including stock counts Order processing and invoicing Assist with merchandising and store presentation Store sales performance ABOUT YOU 3+ years experience in a similar role (in luxury fashion or jewellery) Excellent customer service skills, willingness to go above and beyond to meet customer needs Excellent organisational skills A keen interest in the local and international jewellery markets Driven by sales targets and business growth Demonstrates a creative flair for jewellery, fashion and styling Proven ability to work independently demonstrating strong communication skills, daily pro-active thinking and to work collaboratively within a team In return, we will provide you with a creative and supportive environment, with the ability to contribute ideas and opportunity to grow the business and brand. #J-18808-Ljbffr
