Your Role as a Store Manager As the Store Manager of their Garden City / Mt Gravatt Boutique , you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of the store. About the Role Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring a seamless and exceptional customer experience. Lead and motivate a dedicated team of 6 jewellery professionals. Implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve KPI targets. Uphold the brand's image through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation. Build and nurture relationships with clients to enhance customer loyalty. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the luxury goods sector. Strong leadership and communication skills. Passion for jewellery and an understanding of the luxury market. Ability to create a positive and engaging in-store atmosphere. Results-driven mind-set with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
