What You’ll Do Complete assessments, where necessary, and conduct therapy with a diverse caseload, including children with autism, developmental delays and disabilities. Develop and implement evidence-based, individualized therapy plans in collaboration with families and educators. Help children achieve their developmental milestones and thrive in their everyday environments. Who We’re Looking For: Qualified Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists with a passion for working with children and key caregivers. Professionals who are excited to deliver evidence-based best practice in natural settings. Team players who value collaboration and strengths-based, family-centred care. Individuals who are eager to grow alongside a dynamic and expanding service. Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology or Occupational Therapy. Current SPA membership (for Speech Pathologists) or AHPRA registration (for Occupational Therapists). Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain). Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse, and Neglect certificate (or willingness to complete). Driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
