About the Role As a Journey Expert in our Home Loans Portfolio, you’ll play a key role in helping to deliver exceptional home loan experiences for our customers by consistently providing easy-to-use products and services. As a Journey Expert in Product Management and Governance team, you will be responsible for ensuring Home Loan products and the end-to-end value chain are well managed and governed to ensure they meet customer and regulatory requirements. Proactive Improvement: Actively identify and drive opportunities for enhancement and optimisation. What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Extensive Professional Experience in Non-Financial Risk Management: Possesses deep knowledge of the banking and finance industry, with proven track record in identifying, assessing, and mitigating non-financial risks. Experience with Home Lending Products: Demonstrates experience or exposure to home lending products and their features, along with a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end value chain. Excellent Stakeholder Management Skills: Proven ability to influence and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated success in managing stakeholder expectations and fostering collaborative partnerships. Resilience and Agility: Thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a strong growth mindset.
