Job Description
Position: Junior Accounting Staff Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 + Super The Adecco Group is the world's leading provider of HR Solutions. Responsibilities We are looking for candidates to fill an Accounting Staff position, where you will manage a variety of accounting responsibilities. Our client is a prominent Asian food wholesaler with a strong national presence and an extensive distribution network. In this role, you will assist the manager by handling a broad range of accounting tasks, including AP and AR duties. Process accounts payable and manage payment disbursements Apply incoming payments to accounts receivable Reconcile accounts payable and receivable Generate customer statements Handle cash and check transactions Perform bank reconciliations Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings Prepare weekly accounts receivable reports Provide support during financial audits Your Profile At least one year of previous accounting experience Comprehensive knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures Hands-on experience with accounting software Proficient in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP functions Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Japanese language proficiency (preferred) Please register your interest by forwarding your resume via the apply button.
