A national family office is looking for an experienced Asset Manager to take ownership of a growing industrial portfolio. Managing four established business parks with additional assets in the pipeline, this role is focused on driving performance, maximising value, and ensuring strategic growth.This includes lease management, tenant engagement, capital works planning, and identifying value-add opportunities. Working closely with the internal development team, you’ll play a key role in ensuring long-term asset growth. Responsibilities: Oversee the management and performance of four industrial business parks, with a growing portfolio Develop and implement asset strategies to enhance value and investment returns Manage leasing, renewals, and tenant negotiations to ensure strong occupancy and rental growth Plan and oversee capital works and maintenance programs Conduct financial analysis and reporting to support investment decisions Collaborate with property managers, leasing agents, and development teams About You: Proven experience in property management Strong commercial acumen with a background in leasing or financial analysis Ability to drive asset performance and build strong tenant relationships Experience managing capex and maintenance programs Tertiary qualifications in property, finance, or a related field #J-18808-Ljbffr
