About the role The Tyro Health Customer Support Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service through our omni-channel support offering. This role involves resolving customer issues, providing product and service information, and ensuring customer satisfaction. What you'll be responsible for Log, investigate, and resolve customer dissatisfaction or problems to improve negative customer experiences. Technical Incident Resolution. Analyze and resolve technical and functional product issues for internal and external customers. Customer Query Handling. Serve as the subject matter expert for the product/service, address customer questions and facilitate requests that need to be actioned by internal teams. Skills you'll need Accurately identifies and rectifies discrepancies or errors that exist in information and deliverables.
