KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Edit a variety of video and audio content for campaigns, social media, and internal projects. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure edits align with the project vision and goals. Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring all content is accurate, on-brand, and of the highest quality. Organize and manage media files to keep projects streamlined and efficient. Review feedback from senior team members and implement changes promptly and effectively. Stay updated on editing trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve your craft. SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE Basic experience with editing software - Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects & Photoshop and implement current TBWA editing workflow. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality. Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to your work. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Enthusiasm, a positive attitude, and a willingness to contribute to the team. Any experience in motion graphics, color grading, or sound design is a bonus but not required.
