As Honey Birdette’s Junior Finance Officer , you’ll be an essential part of our Finance & Accounting team, helping to keep our operations seamless. You’ll assist with key aspects of our financial cycles, including processing invoices and purchase orders, steering finance administration, maintaining supplier records, and managing payment runs. This is your chance to gain valuable hands-on experience in a bustling retail head office, where precision, agility and attention to detail are key! Key Responsibilities Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense claims with precision Prepare and reconcile supplier accounts, corporate credit cards, and bank transactions Ensure accurate allocation of costs across G/L accounts and cost centers Manage weekly and ad-hoc payment runs, uploading payments to banking platforms Maintain compliance with financial policies, procedures, and GST/VAT classifications Respond to finance-related queries and liaise with internal and external stakeholders Provide essential administrative support to the Finance team Your Sweet Spots (About You) A qualification (or working towards) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field You're based in Sydney and enjoy a hybrid work environment 1-2 years of experience in a similar finance or accounts role Strong numerical skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems is a plus A proactive and solutions-focused mindset Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Honey Benefits Hybrid Working Arrangements—3 days in the office, 2 days WFH Birthday, Wellness & Parental Leave Generous Product Discounts Stunning Heritage-Listed Sydney CBD Office Paid Premium Gym Membership We love you just the way you are, honey xx Honey Birdette is an equal-opportunity employer.
