About the role We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join our Financial Planning and Analytics team. This role supports our Finance and Commercial teams with month-end reporting, OPEX forecasting, and contributes to continuous process improvements.Key Responsibilities Performance Reporting: Assist with forecasting and budgeting for costs, including sales and marketing expenses, and engage in process automation. Stakeholder Management: Build relationships and manage expectations with internal teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Senior Management. Administrative Support: Respond to emails, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas. Key Skills and Requirements Tertiary qualification in Business, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field. Experience in finance, accounting, or financial analytics. Advanced Excel skills (e.g., INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables, Power Query). Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with Microsoft Power BI or similar tools is a plus. CA or CPA qualification (or in progress) is desirable.
