The Role: We are seeking a passionate and motivated Graduate/Junior Solicitor to join our Newcastle team on a full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to kickstart your legal career in a supportive and dynamic environment, working on meaningful cases that make a real difference. Key Responsibilities: Providing legal support and representation in family and children’s law matters. Drafting correspondence, court documents, and affidavits. Attending court. Assisting senior solicitors with case preparation. Managing client files and ensuring compliance with legal procedures. Communicating effectively with clients, legal professionals, and stakeholders. About You: To be successful in this role, you will have: A current NSW Practising Certificate . A demonstrated interest in family and children’s law. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications. Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail. A commitment to social justice and a client-focused approach.
