Agency : Host/Havas Job Description Summary : This is a newly created role to support our Melbourne Village. This is a great role for someone who has completed some studies in IT and has approximately one year of experience in an IT helpdesk role. Ideally, we are looking for someone who has knowledge in both Mac and Windows environments and has some experience in Active Directory. We will train you in everything you need to know to be successful in this hands-on and varied role. You will be part of a friendly and experienced team responsible for the support and maintenance of the IT infrastructure across several offices in Australia. We work closely with vendors such as Dell, Apple, VM Ware, and Cisco, amongst others. Your role will involve support for staff located in our Melbourne office, as well as remote support for our Brisbane and Sydney offices. A genuine passion for Information Technology is a must. Excellent communication skills are also necessary. Experience in a customer service role would be highly regarded.
