We specialise in the areas of dispute resolution, insurance, debt collection, building & construction, insolvency, corporate and commercial transactions/litigation, planning law and property law.We are currently looking to recruit an admitted Junior Lawyer / Lawyer to join our VIC practice as part of our growing Litigation team.About The Role The successful candidate must be admitted, have some litigation experience, and knowledge of the practice and procedure of VIC Courts. Ideally, the candidate should have hands-on experience in Property and/or Strata Litigation. While not essential, it is favourable if the candidate has some litigation exposure in the areas of insolvency, insurance, building & construction, and general or commercial litigation. The role would also involve advisory and alternate dispute resolution work.The Following Further Experience Is Required Up to 2 years PQE Strong analytical and research skills Growing technical expertise High-level communication skills The ability to develop strong client relationships About You This role would suit an ambitious lawyer who would like a real opportunity to grow their career.
