The Role: On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: Handling and addressing all rental inquiries Conducting open homes Conducting reference checks on potential tenants Leasing properties Processing rental applications Assisting the Property Management team with ad hoc duties The Candidate: We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is ready to kickstart their Real Estate career! While no previous experience is required, a Certificate of registration is essential to be considered as well as a reliable car and valid driver’s license. We are seeking an applicant with: Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational skills High communication both written & verbal The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
