About The Role Located at our Head Office in Elermore Vale, The Junior Marketing Assistant role is a part-time, fixed term role in which the successful applicant will be responsible for: Marketing Coordination & Campaign Support Act as a liaison between the organisation and the marketing agency, ensuring smooth collaboration and timely execution of marketing activities. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives. Gather stakeholder insights to help tailor engagement campaigns to meet the needs of the target audiences. Support the development of marketing reports, tracking campaign performance and engagement metrics. Content Creation & Digital Marketing Capture and collect photos and short videos at events, training sessions, and workplace activities for use in social media and marketing materials. Assist in writing and editing content for newsletters, blog posts, social media, and email campaigns. Ensure all messaging is consistent, engaging, and aligned with the organisation’s brand. Update graphic design materials such as flyers, infographics, event invitations, and promotional materials. Assist in social media management, including engaging with comments. Stakeholder & Community Engagement Develop and maintain a promotion calendar in collaboration with senior leaders and relevant staff. Assist with event coordination, including marketing support for student engagement events and industry networking opportunities. Help implement the broader stakeholder engagement strategy, ensuring that marketing activities align with organisational priorities and goals. Assist in conducting surveys and gathering feedback from stakeholders to refine engagement efforts. General Marketing & Administrative Support Assist in database management, ensuring marketing lists and contact details are kept up to date. Provide administrative support, such as organising marketing materials, coordinating meetings, and taking notes in marketing planning sessions. Collaborate with different teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with operational goals. Please note: This role will commence on a part time, fixed term basis of 12 months. About You You already live by the values of Inclusion, Integrity and Innovation. A marketing, communications or design student (or recent graduate) OR someone with relevant experience. Strong organisational and communication skills. Familiarity with social media, content creation, and basic graphic design (Canva skills are a plus!). Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines. Atwea College Requires Valid NSW Working With Children Check and current National Criminal Police Record Check prior to the commencement of employment.
