Our collections are stocked in leading day spas across Australia and New Zealand and are available for delivery worldwide. The Role: We're looking for someone that is motivated and ready to take the step up into a management role and a long-term career with Waterlily. Working with the GM, you'll be a hands-on operator, whilst learning the business and honing the skills you need to move into the Operations Manager role over the next 6-9 months. Based in Morningside, you will join a skilled and enthusiastic team, inspired by our values that are inherent in all we do: Transparency, Excellence, Lifelong learning, Creating value, Ownership. Key areas of responsibility: End-to-end responsibility for supply chain process from procurement through to production, picking, packing & delivery. Ensure seamless operations between production and dispatch teams to achieve operational outputs, DIFOT targets and quality standards. Oversee inventory management & reporting - supporting best practices for inventory control and demand planning. Implement operational & logistics policies & strategies in line with company values. Operate a continuous improvement philosophy, using your existing skills & experience to develop, review & improve processes. Manage compliance, quality control, risk management, quality assurance standards & specifications. Provide accurate timely reporting to management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, marketing & product development to meet company goals. What are we looking for: Solid supply chain knowledge including industry best practice. Experience and accuracy with inventory management, logistics planning and operational efficiency. Leadership and management skills to effectively guide and motivate. Strong analytical skills to assess complex logistical and operational challenges. Solutions focussed, adept at problem solving. Highly motivated to learn and develop into the Operations Manager role. A 'can do' hands-on approach to working within a team. A genuine passion for wellness & the beauty industry, with an ethical & authentic approach to business. Forklift licence preferred but not essential. You will have a passion for skin care & be driven to drive growth & success for the company.
