The Opportunity Sedgman Prudentia is seeking a Junior Process Engineer to join our team in Brisbane. As a Junior Process Engineer, you will play an important role in delivering project design and support services to the diverse portfolio of projects in our Energy / Chemicals team. We are seeking outcome-focused individuals who are highly motivated, proactive, and thrive in a challenging, multi-disciplinary environment. The salary and level of responsibility for this position are negotiable and will be determined based on your experience and qualifications. Key responsibilities: Develop process engineering deliverables including heat and mass balance, equipment sizing calculations, and Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams. Support other engineering disciplines in developing equipment layouts and operating philosophies. Qualifications, skills and experience: A tertiary degree in Chemical Engineering. 2+ years of industry experience as a Process Engineer. Experience in the Mining and Minerals industry. Project experience would be a bonus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients. Demonstrated proficiency in problem-solving and critical thinking. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Why Join?
