Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Procurement Officer to assist our Pipe Crew Teams across South East Queensland and Northern NSW. This role will provide administrative support to the procurement team by assisting in sourcing, purchasing, and managing materials for pipe and infrastructure projects.This full-time role will be based at our Head Office in Forest Glen, Sunshine Coast. The position offers a 5-day work week, from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.Key Responsibilities Liaise with and support the pipe crew project teams, resolving procurement queries Complete take-offs for site works including sewer, stormwater, and water Create and issue purchase orders Perform administrative tasks About You: Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word Strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in the civil construction industry is highly regarded, but not essential Current driver’s license with reliable transport What's in it for you?
