About the Role We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Product Manager to join the Dotti team on a 12-month fixed term basis. This position is responsible for managing the Limited Edition, Special Occasion and Accessories categories. You will understand the Dotti customer under the guidance of the Merchandise Manager and will design and develop commercial product consistent with seasonal trends and direction. Responsibilities Partner with the buying team to build and execute seasonal ranges from the ground up. Manage the garment development process, including appropriate selection of fabric, trims, block colours and prints and assist the QA to fit to our required standards. Develop buying plans and new collaborations which engage our customer. Benchmark our competitors to continually inspect and optimise our product range. Research trends, product innovation & competitors. Negotiate with the supply base to deliver value for money and quality products that achieve product margin targets. Liaise with our direct suppliers across several countries and manage the critical path and production plan to deliver on time. Achieve budgeted sales and margin through continuous review of style / range performance, market opportunities and product trends. Constantly review performance and future range inspirations to proactively drive the brand’s competitive edge. Manage a Product Supply Co to deliver the planned ranges. Experience and skills Buying and product development experience and experience in managing production and the critical path. Ability to develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You are confident in understanding budgets and margin calculations. Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Experience liaising with direct vendors across multiple geographies. Commercial acumen and strong negotiation skills. Adobe Illustrator proficiency is advantageous but not essential.
