Job Description

A Junior Project Manager is sought by an established Commercial Fit Out Contractor to manage an education fit out portfolio, with projects in the $500k to $3 million range. The Opportunity: Working for a busy Commercial Fit Out Contractor, managing 5-6 education fit outs from $500k to $3 million $140k to $160K package Immediate start Long term permanent opportunity Inner Sydney based Opportunity to work for an established builder with a strong work pipeline The Company: An established Fit Out Contractor T/0 $200 million Reporting to a Director, managing a Supervisor, CA, and Cadet Focus on construction projects in the $500k to $3 million range Established client base, with a full order book of work for 2025 30 years trading history Inner Sydney based You will have: A Construction Management Degree or similar Previous project management experience with Principal Head Contractor; CA's that have managed small projects and are transitioning into project management are welcomed.
