Description Location: Kingsgrove 3 days a week and 2 working from home Job Type: Full-time, Permanent At McPherson's Consumer Products, we are seeking a proactive and highly organised Junior Project Manager / Project Administrator to join our dynamic team. This exciting role offers the opportunity to play an integral part in managing and supporting key business initiatives while gaining exposure to the full project management lifecycle. Key Accountabilities: Project Administration & Reporting: Manage project documentation, prepare regular project reports, and track project timelines to ensure smooth execution. Scheduling & Coordination: Oversee project schedules, resources, and timelines to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope. Risk & Issue Management: Identify, monitor, and assist with resolving project risks and issues, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress. PMO Support: Provide ongoing support to the Project Management Office (PMO) to maintain project standards, processes, and methodologies. Project Governance: Assist business project leads in adhering to governance structures and project management best practices. Facilitation & Meetings: Organize and facilitate project meetings, document action items, and deliver regular status updates to stakeholders. Project Ownership: Oversee and take ownership of smaller initiatives, ensuring they meet deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations. Skills & Experience Required: Experience: At least 5 years of experience in project administration and a minimum of 2 years as a Junior Project Manager. Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, MS Teams, Confluence, SharePoint, and Jira. Organisational & Communication Skills: Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management abilities. Business Analysis Skills: Highly regarded for candidates with business analysis experience. Project Management Certification: Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus. Project Management Lifecycle: Knowledge and practical application across the full project management lifecycle. Ready to make an impact?
