All you need is experience in either leasing or a property officer role, and the rest will be taught! The Role: Managing a small and local portfolio Training and mentoring provided! Perfect for a Property Officer or Leasing stepping up! No arrears (this is automatic) No routines! No leasing! Day-to-day management of portfolio Liaising with tenants and landlords Monday – Friday only, no weekend work! Great KPI structure – around $10k per year in commissions! AWARDED NUMBER 1 PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM The Candidate: Ideally a Property Officer or Leasing Consultant stepping up! Must be organised and have high attention to detail Current Certificate of Registration and Drivers Licence Highly ambitious and driven! Passion for the Real Estate Industry!
