The Role: We are seeking an up-and-coming Property Manager to run and service a clean and tidy local portfolio all based in close proximity to the Epping Area. With training and support from the Senior Property Manager and a hands-on Director, this is your opportunity to learn from the best in the business. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: Support a Senior Property Manager with approximately 200 properties Effectively liaise with tenants Conduct incoming, outgoing, and routine inspections Complete repairs & maintenance management Arrears control Assist with making recommendations for rental increases and lease renewals Working towards targets and KPI's The Candidate: A current Certificate of Registration & driver’s license Previous experience in Real Estate is highly regarded High level of professionalism Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills Strong knowledge of the local area A positive, can-do attitude!
