Junior Recruitment Consultant - Immediate Start Join our mission is to be the go-to Sustainability Staffing leader, globally. The Role: As a Junior Recruitment Consultant, you will drive new business acquisition, nurture existing relationships, and source high-calibre freelance candidates for critical roles. We put you in the driving seat of your career, a meritocracy where your hard work is rewarded. This is a sales-focused career path rather than an HR/Internal or Talent Acquisition role. Responsibilities Include: Sourcing, head-hunting and screening candidates through various channels Warm business development, lead generation, building and maintaining on Key client relationships.
