Be among the first 25 applicants Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end delivery and management of sales dashboards, ensuring timely releases with accurate and actionable data to drive strategic decision-making. Design, develop, and refine advanced data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI, creating dynamic and interactive dashboards that effectively communicate complex data insights. Conduct in-depth analysis of financial sales data, uncovering trends, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering insights to support high-impact business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address diverse data requests, tailoring insights and key performance metrics to meet the strategic needs of stakeholders across various roles. Identify and define key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team, continuously monitoring and refining them to align with organizational goals. Requirements Strong understanding of data structures and data manipulation techniques. Proficiency in Python for data analysis. Experience in Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and dashboard creation. Familiarity with Power Automate for workflow automation. Proficiency in CRM software and understanding of sales tools to support data-driven decision-making.
