Position Summary The Junior School Teacher Assistant is part of the Individual Learning team, supporting teachers with students' learning and wellbeing in the classroom. Under the guidance of the classroom teacher and direction of the Individual Learning department, the Prep Teacher Assistant provides daily support to students, facilitates small group activities, and fosters a positive, inclusive learning environment. This role also involves assisting with classroom preparation, organising resources, and supervising students to ensure a smooth and engaging learning experience.
