The ideal candidate will have a strong computer science background and a passion for software development. With a focus on Python, C# or .NET development, this role will provide an excellent opportunity to grow your skills and contribute to exciting projects in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Python, C# or .NET code, adhering to best practices. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Troubleshoot, debug and optimise software applications. Assist in the development of unit tests to ensure software quality. Continuously learn and stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Contribute to documentation and technical specifications for projects. Assist with the maintenance and enhancement of existing software applications. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or other IT-related field. 1-2 years of professional experience in Software Development, including proficiency in writing clean and efficient code. Working proficiency in either Python, C# or .NET. Working proficiency in TypeScript, Java, SQL, INTERCAL, or other related languages is a bonus. Experience in GIS is a bonus. Experience in the Mining industry is a bonus. Strong analytical problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work within a fast-paced, consulting environment. Ability to motivate and deliver results. Additional Experience: Experience with web development frameworks such as ASP.NET, Django, or Flask. Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker) is a plus. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Let's talk about what's in it for you!
