Kalkine Media to hire senior finance journo Kalkine Media Pty Ltd is welcoming applications for a new senior finance journalist, to be based in the Sydney CBD.The senior finance journalist will aid the CEO and editorial staff with developing and distributing content, such as client marketing collateral, press releases, and website material. They will also be tasked with managing Kalkine’s social media channels, corporate events, and relations with media monitors.The position is open to graduates of journalism, communication, or business-related courses with at least three years’ experience in covering the finance markets and also has the demonstrable knowledge and writing skills for it.Work experience in stock brokerages, investor and public relations firms, and/or publicly-traded companies may be an advantage, as well as familiarity with the mining/exploration sector.
