THE POSITION: Available Roles Head Chef Lead a talented kitchen team, create delicious menus, and oversee kitchen operations. Previous experience in a similar role and a passion for high-quality food are essential. Chef Prepare exceptional dishes and collaborate with the team to deliver top-notch culinary experiences. Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment preferred. Sous Chef Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen staff and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. If you're an experienced chef with leadership skills, this is a great opportunity to grow. Health and Wellbeing Coordinator Promote health and wellness initiatives within the workplace. This role requires someone with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting staff wellbeing. HSEQ Ensure workplace safety and regulatory compliance across all departments. A background in HSE or a related field is required, with a keen eye for detail and risk management. Catering Attendant Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are key in this hands-on role. THE PERSON: Culinary positions require a minimum of Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or Trade qualification. HSEQ positions require a minimum of Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety and Food Safety experience. Health and Wellbeing Coordinators require a minimum of Certificate IV in Fitness - or - Diploma of Sport and Recreation.
