About the Role As a Mining Key Account Manager, you will spearhead relationships with key mining clients in Australia, ensuring exceptional service delivery and driving sales growth for SANY's mining equipment portfolio. This role requires a strategic sales professional with deep industry expertise, a proven sales track record, and the ability to foster long-term partnerships with Tier 1 mining operators and service providers. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic account plans to retain and expand business with key mining clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets for mining equipment (e.g., haul trucks, excavators, drills) and aftermarket services. Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including procurement, operations, and technical teams. Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities; adapt strategies to meet client needs. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized equipment solutions and post-sales support. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements while ensuring profitability and compliance. Represent SANY at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility. Qualifications and Experience Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related field. 5+ years of experience in mining equipment sales or key account management, preferably with Tier 1 OEMs or mining service providers. Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing high-value accounts. Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong technical aptitude to understand mining equipment applications and client requirements. Based in Perth or willing to relocate. Preferred Qualifications Experience with large-scale mining projects in Australia (iron ore, gold, lithium, etc.). Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics.
