All Purpose Coatings (APC), a leading manufacturer and supplier of high-quality protective coatings, is looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a motivated professional ready to work directly with trade professionals and businesses, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and expertise with our range of epoxy, polyurethane, and polyaspartic coating systems. About Us: With showrooms in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Perth, APC has a strong national footprint, offering a comprehensive range of protective coatings and application systems for commercial and industrial clients. Our mission is to deliver quality products with excellent service, ensuring customer success at every project stage. Role Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of key accounts, fostering strong, long-lasting relationships. Act as a primary point of contact for major clients, ensuring satisfaction and anticipating needs. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand account reach. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing & new accounts. Collaborate with the sales and product teams to tailor solutions for specific client needs. Keep abreast of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide clients with valuable insights. Develop new business with potential customers & trade accounts. About You: Proven experience in account management, preferably within the coatings, construction, or other trade industries. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building trust and rapport. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively. Goal-oriented and proactive, with a knack for problem-solving. Outgoing, driven to exceed goals and impress customers.
