Add expected salary to your profile for insights. You would report directly to the Head Chef. Proven experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume commercial kitchen will be highly regarded. Previous cleaning and dishwashing experience in Hospitality or similar environment. Ability to undertake repetitive tasks and work in a demanding environment. Commercial cleaning of kitchens and storage areas. Awareness of HACCP & Occupational Health & Safety and food hygiene. Must have full ability to work over a 7-day rotating roster, over different times of the day. Ambitious and ready to take on projects to expand the scope of offering within QT Melbourne.
