ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback. We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Kitchen/Dining Room Team Leader to join the team at Eureka Village in the Moranbah region.The roster is 14 days on and 7 days off - 10 hour days. This role is fly in/ fly out from Brisbane. The other option is drive-in/drive-out or bus-in, bus-out (ex Mackay) and would be ideal for candidates local to the Moranbah and Mackay regions. The Position You will be responsible for leading a team within our catering department to ensure facilities are clean and comply with our contractual obligations. You will be a driven individual that is able to train, lead and motivate your team, working alongside management to achieve desired results.
