About the role As our Knowledge Manager , you will report to the Senior Manager Systems & Document Management and will be responsible for the management of the Group internal Knowledge Management System, in accordance with legislative requirements. Within this role, you will play a lead SME role in the implementation of a new Knowledge Management system for the Group, whilst establishing and implementing a knowledge management structure for content including developing artefacts to ensure consistent knowledge management practices are continuously applied across all teams. You will be required to store new Knowledge Management (KM) artefacts and update, archive, and retire existing KM assets whilst ensuring that all KM artefacts are reviewed on a regular schedule. You will provide regular reporting on Knowledge Management progress, activities, and metrics outlining the usage and utilization of assets in the KM System, including identifying issues, risks, opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives to support the enhancement of knowledge management practices across the business. You will facilitate periodic reviews with Business Units to ensure relevance and accuracy of published articles. Lastly, you will maintain and validate Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) and training material to help support end users' use of the platform. About you As our new Knowledge Manager , you will bring the following skills: Experience in a financial services context is desirable but not essential. Experience with ServiceNow is desirable but not essential. 3 years+ experience in developing, implementing, and managing a Knowledge Management System. Sound knowledge of Knowledge Management standards and systems. Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing Knowledge Management processes and systems. Experience in providing Knowledge Management Services and helping develop KM articles. Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
